Muslims Should Perhaps Have A Laugh At themselves

The ridiculous riots all over the world over the film "Innocence of Muslims" were just that, ridiculous. The protests have now intensified, and the level of violence is putrid!
Anyone remember "The Life Of Brian"? Christians didn't go on a rampage then, and they never have over that film.
I have watched a lot of "Innocence of Muslims", and while it may be construed as distasteful in comparison to "The Life of Brian", I will NEVER believe that it is an excuse for violent protest.
The Muslim World, certainly Muslim countries, offer liitle or no freedom of the individual. I'm sick to death of hearing Muslims claiming that they are downtroden by everyone else, and therefor have a right to go on the rampage. Afterall, the gay and lesbian communities all over the world never waged violent protest on any large scale. In fact, they have never protested at all, with the exception of a New York incident, where a police raid confronting a small number of gay partygoers led to the Stonewall Riots.
Also, Muslim countries blame the USA for the the way the are perceived. You can't fix that which is already broken, or which you refuse to see is broken. The Islamic nations need to turn within, look at their own faults, and then remedy the situation. This would go a long way in a better understanding between 'us and them'.
I digress. The film is just a film.

i remember being shocked as a nurse at the highly emotional wailing of some European countries when visiting a relative in hospital....the Muslims seem the same.....highly emotive over every issue.....an emotional state that often leads to anger and violence....
Agree.....all cultures need to be able to laugh at themselves!!
If they are living in Australia then they have freedom of religious and cultural expression.....each culture has it's own enclave and are allowed to build places of worship or community centres.....so why are they getting so highly emotive and ready to charge?

It was the first time I had ever witnessed childbirth in my life. I walked into the labour ward and wondered what the hell was going on. It sounded like the staff were committing murder...freaked me right out!.....lmao

Aussies have made it a mark of their culture to laugh at themselves Soul, perhaps due to our early beginnings and the harshness of this land....
Many movies have rubbished Christianity or made fun of it's adherents...as with all the cultures on these shores....remember Acropolis Now?.....a Greek cultural series that showed the newer generations that had been born here had learnt to "make fun of themselves"
I think the major shock to Australians is the arrogance and demands made by those seeking to live here...and NOT learning to laugh at themselves or be grateful for their second chance?

to ask a muslim to be flexible and see things from every angle, would be seen as bad western influence on them....
the clerics are preaching hard out on that, and every little provocation like that of the cheap video would get their blood boiling instantly......
clerics.....do something about them.....
that cleric involved in the bali bombing was imprisoned by the indonesian govt....the hardliner followers also piped down afterwards and since then have been quiet.....
pull those bloody clerics in for interrogation...not interviewing....interrogation, and consider revoking their citizenship...strong message right now would put them on track....

This death cult are a sick and evil and vile group of neadertals ! the same pattern occurd during the cronulla riots and every demonstration they have attended , there again the highest unemployed in every country they immigrate to ....there violent and criminal acts occur everyday from robberies to shootings ...every country woes the day that these maggots darkend there lands ....
not one islamic country is safe , everyday in the middle east and southern thailand is bombing , murders , rapes , robberies ....
yet they immigrate here and then demand we change and accept there discusting religious views and laws ..
you addapt to my country , my countries laws ......or return to whence you came or originated from you vile maggots .
I have lots of christian jokes , i have lots of other chelly jokes that we laugh at .........ive seen many comedy sketchs and films about JC and God ........and george burns playd god ....and charlton heaston ......and did borg riot ! did borg hold up a sign saying deport all muslims ..or decapitae all muslims who insult capt kirk !......

Muslims have had a choice to deal with their own extremists but the have not .
This is the big question, why ?
So rightfully we can assume that nearly all muslims support the extremists because they say nothing.
Deportations should start !

As a child i grew up believing that the Prophet Muhammed, peace an blessings be upon him, to be the most perfect human being in the world. Although i havent watched the film and cannot bring myself to even its youtube page, i am deeply offended by its presence.
Whats worse is that the aggression created amongst the so-called muslims under the title 'islam' has been an even more disgust for me than the film itself.
'islam' comes from the root word 'salam' which means peace and safety. i hate to think that peoples first impression of islam comes by meeting muslims.
thank god i met islam before i met muslims.
